By the end of May 2015, some 815 000 test results have been recorded on the Fatigue-o-meter site since it's inception.

These test results represent drivers from South Africa, Malawi, Mozambique and Madagascar and may arguably be one of the biggest local test data bases, containing the results of individual driver reaction time and accuracy, as well as individual and group variance on these dimensions.

These results are used by the FOM management team, to report individual site progress on the rated dimensions and enables site management to take decisions about:
  • the effectiveness of test administration,
  • optimized distribution of driver cautions for reaction time and accuracy,
  • effectiveness of corrective feedback to drivers,
  • driver competence gains in reaction time and accuracy.
Probably the biggest single benefit which extensive testing and monitoring offers, is the stimulation of improved eye - hand - cognitive driver alacrity.
